With over 30 years of international coaching experience, Maître Durand has guided athletes to Olympic podiums and World Championship medals. Formerly head coach of the French national foil team, he founded Capital Fencers Club to bring world-class instruction to Washington DC. His philosophy centers on classical technique refined through modern sport science.
